Plank, Pushup, Mediation Challenge #inspiration #BetheChange

A few of you have asked to see my plank/pushup/meditation challenge to see how I broke it into baby steps for the month. When I made this, the goal was to add a little each day so I wouldn't be overwhelmed, but also to begin with a "challenge" so small, that I had no problem starting.

The idea is at the end of the month you have some awesome progress under your belt. The way I keep from getting discouraged as the numbers rise throughout the month, is to compare it with the day or two before. "It's only 1 minute longer....you can do anything for a minute!" 

It's working so far. Of course, I'm only on day 16. Ask me again on Day 23...
